Twelve Tribes “Constitution”, sign on the dotted line

Since March 2014, date the Twelve Tribes Constitution was written, if you want to become a member in the Twelve Tribes in France (Tabitha’s Place) you’ll have to sign a paper discharging them of any responsibility towards you…..yep, you’ve heard it, the TT are putting their legal boots on. By putting these articles on paper in silky smooth scholarly religious talk with very legal undertones they seem to attempt to legitimize their poor treatment of members and ex-members.
Here in the CRDTS website (what’s that?…)==>>It’s their brand new acronym! A bit of a facelift can help the public image! And what does C.R.D.T.S stand for ? Communaute Religieuse des Douze Tribus = Religious Community of the Twelve Tribes …you will find their constitution
What’s in it? Apart from the usual lies, e.g. :the members only recognizing one chief: Eugene Spriggs (just kidding, when will these people tell the truth) of course Yashua, there is one novelty: a paper to sign for any member entering the Community, a document they have titled: “Our “Yes” in common” which comes after the articles 13 and 14:
Here is the translation of articles 13 and 14 and the Statement you’re supposed to sign
Article 13 : The entry into the Community as a member
Those become members of the Community who are believers welcomed in their midst who adhere to the spirit of the community. The Community is made up of adults, married and single, and of minors, the later being under moral and legal responsibility of their parents, who are also members of the Community.
Following the entry for life amidst the Community, sealed by baptism, every member signs a written “Spiritual commitment” with the title of “Our “Yes” in common” (Sample in the following page).
Article 14 : The exit from the Community, voluntary or imposed
Any member of the Community can, freely, voluntarily, and at any time leave for good.The Council of the Elders can impose on a member to leave for good or for a time, in case of serious violation of the Holy Scriptures and the Gospel and the rules that guide the religious life in the Community contained within this Constitution.
Whether voluntary or imposed, leaving the Community does not subject the Community to any duty of care towards the member leaving.
OUR “YES” IN COMMON
“But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath; but your yes is to be yes, and your no, no, so that you may not fall under judgement.”

After having received the Gospel and concluded the covenant by way of baptism, we, the members of the Community of the Twelve Tribes, sign this statement by which we acknowledge we freely and voluntarily engage ourselves to walk in obedience to the word of God and the rules contained in the Religious Constitution of the Twelve Tribes Communities which/that are the expression of it (the Word of God).
We have offered our person as a gift to God, with the goal of fulfilling His will and therefore are all brothers and sisters, members of the same family (Mark 3:34-35).
Everyone of us has abandoned everything (Luke 14:26-33) to live a life of sharing without pursuit of monetary gain, in the manner of the apostolic communities of the first century (Acts 2 and 4).
By and for love we give our lives to another (John 15:12-13) and we submit to one another out of fear of Messiah (Ephesians 5:21), so as to hasten His return by being a witness of His Kingdom on earth (Matthew 24:14).
Before the presence of Our Heavenly Father, of His Son and the members of His Body, we give with all of our heart our “Yes”.
