I was the Child Abuse Investigator in 1979 that was assigned to investigate child abuse from this group. They resided in large communal houses on the UTC campus area at the time. It was interesting at the time that shortly after the investigation started, the group picked up everything in their homes and moved overnight to another state. There was obviously some questionable practices at the time regarding child discipline and it did appear that the states requirement to investigate the child abuse referral drove them out in this quick manner
